Shipping & Delivery
All items are Eligable for Free Delivery within the UK once you spend £150+ or £4.99 if you spend under £50.
The estimated delivery time in the UK is 3-5 business days after dispatch and will be charged at £4.99 per order. This applies only to addresses within England, Northern Ireland, Scotland, Wales and all BFPO addresses (including the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands).
We currently only deliver items to UK Addresses.
If the address is incorrect or outdated, the package is typically returned to us by the carrier or the unintended recipient. Please double-check your address carefully when placing a new order. If a BFPO address is entered as an international address, the package will not reach its destination also ensure that the BFPO number is entered into the postcode field.
Most of our carriers make three attempts to deliver a package. Packages that contain more than 150 GBP of items will always require a signature; otherwise, it is generally at the driver's discretion to determine whether a signature is required. If the driver feels it is best to obtain a signature and no one is present to accept the delivery after three attempts, the package will be returned to us.
We cannot accept liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries. All items are subject to stock availability.

We work hard to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input. It is very important for you to protect against unauthorised access to your password and to your computer. Be sure to sign off when you finish using a shared computer.

We use the information to handle orders, deliver products and services, process payments, communicate with you about orders, products, services and promotional offers, update our records and generally maintain your accounts with us, display content such as wish lists and customer reviews and recommend merchandise and services that might be of interest to you.

Returns & Replacements
Here at Hairwavers.co.uk we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items. That's why under our 30-day returns guarantee, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item.
If an electronic product becomes defective after 30 days we'd recommend referring to the manufacturer's website to locate their contact details as they should be able to offer troubleshooting and support. If you still can't resolve the problem after consulting with the manufacturer, please contact us.
Please note that we cannot accept returns if you deliver them to us by hand. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service if the value of the return is more than 50 GBP.  You will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective.
Before returning any item make sure to contact customer services to get your Return Authorization Code.
All prices shown include VAT. All items destined for UK addresses are dispatched by either Royal Mail or one of our approved carriers. It is not possible to choose exactly which carrier we use for your order. Most of our items are eligable for Free Delivery in the UK if you spend £50 or more or £4.99 for all orders under £50. You will receive your item(s) within 3-5 business days.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Items in your Shopping Basket will always reflect the most recent price displayed on the item's product detail page. Please note that this price may differ from the price shown for the item when you first placed it in your basket. Placing an item in your basket does not reserve the price shown at that time. It is also possible that an item's price may decrease between the time you place it in your basket and the time you purchase it.
Despite our best efforts, a small number of items in our catalogue are mispriced. Rest assured, however, that we verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures. If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we charge the lower amount and send you the item however If a product's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will cancel your order and notify you of that cancellation. We do not currently offer additional discounts on large.
Some discounts are limited-time offers. Also, as the discount we are able to offer for any item is dependent upon its availability, Hairwavers.co.uk price will necessarily change on occasion.
Promotional codes are codes that enable customers to obtain benefits such as discounts, free delivery and free gifts. These codes are non-transferable so may only be used by the person to whom they are issued and must only be used in accordance with their terms and conditions of use. If you use a promotional code to claim a promotional benefit, you must first check that it was issued to you and that you are eligible to use it.
